Police mayhem is back - and more bumbling than ever! Liam Neeson takes on the iconic Frank Drebin legacy as Frank Drebin Jr., the equally bumbling son of the legendary lieutenant played by Leslie Nielsen. After years of trying to get away from his father's shadow and his reputation as a “destroyer of operations”, Drebin Jr. is unexpectedly summoned to take command of the same special squad his father headed... with hilariously catastrophic results.

Trying to prove that he's not just a continuation of the family police disaster, Frank Jr. embarks on his first major mission: to thwart an international criminal plot that apparently involves a genetically modified sloth, a convention of undercover dentists and a conspiracy that may (or may not) end the world as we know it - depending on the humor of the screenwriter.

Filled with visual jokes, infamous puns and action scenes that are more clumsy than exciting, the film honors the tradition of the franchise with an insane mix of slapstick humor, satires of crime films and a Liam Neeson who is delightfully out of his serious habitat.
