Sisu 2 (2025)

Sisu: Road to Vengeance (2025) follows the brutal journey of a man known as “the one who refuses to die,” who returns to the ruins of the house where his family was murdered during the war. In a silent gesture of mourning and resistance, he dismantles the wreckage, loads everything onto a truck, and sets out determined to rebuild his home in a safe place, as a way to honor the memory of those he lost.

What should be a lonely path to reconstruction turns into a nightmare when the Red Army commander responsible for the massacre reappears. Obsessed with finishing what he started, the officer begins a relentless pursuit, turning roads, villages, and devastated landscapes into makeshift battlefields. Each encounter is more violent than the last, revealing the ferocity and almost supernatural resistance of the hunted man.

As the chase intensifies, Sisu: Road of Vengeance becomes a raw struggle between survival, honor, and revenge. More than a physical confrontation, the film portrays the unbreakable strength of someone who has lost everything but refuses to give in — showing that, for certain men, the war never ends as long as the past still breathes.
